Athens Technical College - Walton Campus offers a wide variety of programs to help achieve your career goals. In addition to offering degree, diploma, and certificate of credit programs in various fields of study, the campus also offers community and continuing education classes, adult literacy services, and career development assistance.
Georgia Department of Labor has a satellite office located inside the Athens Technical College - Walton Campus at 412 Bryant Road, Building 500, Monroe, GA 30655. The phone number is 770 207-4172. Regular hours of operation are Tuesday and Wednesday, 8 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. However, the main office and all satellite offices are closed at this time.
WorkSource Northeast Georgia is dedicated to providing opportunities for education, training, and workforce preparation. Their mission is to prepare individuals for gainful employment, facilitate collaboration among workforce systems, and leverage the unique talent in our community to meet the needs of local employers. Services are offered in the following areas: Adult & Dislocated Workers, Youth & Young Adults (14 - 24), and Special Populations.

- ManufactuREADY - An intense, six-week program to prepare unemployed (or under-employed) individuals for success in the rewarding field of manufacturing. The curriculum is rigorous. Participants are expected to attend Monday through Friday for six consecutive weeks.
